Hello friends! Are you ready to head BACK TO SCHOOL? I think I am. But I am glad we have a few more weeks to ease back in to it! I have to start getting up earlier! I should probably go to bed earlier too!
I want you all to know that I am ....
I really am! And before too long... you will be too! It is such a fun and exciting year.
We learn so much and do terrific things together!
Want to know what I have been up to this summer? I went to Ireland with my daughter, Caroline, who is heading off to COLLEGE in a few weeks. We went with my mom and dad, my brother and his family! It was awesome! I had never been before! Here are some pictures!

So after my Ireland trip, I went to St. Maarten with Mr. Watson. We went for our anniversary. I spent a lot of time reading, touring the island and going to the beach! Check out these pictures!

When I got home from my travels I went to the Cape with my 3 nieces (Maggie 9, Nyla 8, Livi 6) and one nephew (Jack 12). They called their week with me "Camp E". We had a great week. We did "field trips" for ice cream. We did a challenge to see what kids could buy using only $5 at a store in Chatham. We went to the beach... a lot. We did arts and crafts, baked cookies and brownies, painted fingernails (not Jack!).

So NOW... I have been back to school at Wheelock getting my classroom ready. I wrote you all a letter! Be sure to check your mailbox.
I have a lot to do in the next few weeks. I have name tags to write, workbooks to label, papers to print, and lots of fun things to plan! I am really looking forward to seeing you on August 28th! Enjoy the rest of your summer!
